Kamil Nagrabski

As one of the most experienced members of the team and a specialist in legal counselling under Polish law, he became a general partner of the law firm in 2021. He is an expert in commercial, business and civil law. He specializes in providing counseling on choosing of a form of business and structuring it in an optimal way in view of the nature of the business, as well as from the perspective of public and legal burdens. He prepares assessments of current situation of enterprises and identifies potential risks associated with planned capital transactions. Prepares and provides legal security for mergers, liquidations, bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings and other corporate transformations.
He is affiliated with Skarbiec Law Firm since 2012. He began his career at the law firm as an apprentice. Under the guidance of an experienced team, he was quickly promoted to the position of legal assistant and then junior lawyer. After several years of practice and expanding his professional competence, he became a specialist in strategic consulting and gradually took over the independent management of the clients’ cases. During his apprenticeship, he also obtained the title of legal counsel without completing a Bar Association apprenticeship.

Robert Nogacki

Paweł Chmielowiec

Since August 2018, he has been leading the Tax Law Practice at the Skarbiec Law Firm, and in 2021 he became a partner and general partner of the Firm.
He is an expert in the field of tax and customs-tax inspections. He has many years of experience working in tax and treasury authorities, where he specialized in conducting fiscal criminal proceedings and VAT tax inspections. For the last 6 years, he has also specialized in legal and tax advice for enterprises.
He started his professional career at the Skarbiec Law Firm as a junior lawyer. Working under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, he acquired over the years the experience and knowledge necessary for independently managing the Firm’s clients’ cases. Over time, he became their professional representative in disputes with the tax authorities, both at the pre-court stage and in courts.
